Tubac Golf Resort is unlike neighboring desert courses. It sits along the banks of the Santa Cruz surrounded by the majestic Santa Rita Mountains, and it has a more traditional feel. The newly designed championship course covers acres of working-ranch fairways speckled with cattle. This gorgeous course has recently added nine holes, designed by Ken Kavanaugh to join the original 18 holes designed by legendary architect Red Lawrence. A 5,000-square-foot clubhouse and pro shop are also new additions, and Tubac boasts the best practice facility in Southern Arizona, with three greens for pitching, putting, and bunker shots.
